CBRE and Strutt & Parker have been appointed to launch residential sales at the development on 12th September.
River Park Tower will include a gym, business lounge and a play area for children on the 31st floor.
At 57 storeys, the tower comprises 334 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments as well as a five bedroom-duplex penthouse.
This tower is the first of two residential buildings in the development at One Nine Elms. The site will also host Park Hyatt London River Thames, set over 43 storeys with 203 hotel rooms and 103 branded residences.
